This entry is based on fan invention. In canon, Ozen is the Immovable Governor and a White Whistle delver, not a 'Great Merchant'. Black Whistles denote a delver's rank and do not grant authority over creatures. No artifact called the Orca was recovered from the 4th Layer or anywhere else in the series.

In Their Own Story

Above him, the massive shadow of the Leviathan stirred, its eyes opening in response to the ancient frequency.
